oh, yes.
the calm after the storm.
all is calm over here now.
all the hustle and bustle of christmas has come to an end.
all the gifts have been made, bought, given, and received.
and now all the gifts are being played with over and over again.
we survived a bout of the evil, evil stomach bug a few days before all the festivities. yes, all of us.
see, there was a big storm in our forecast.
too bad, i couldn't see that coming.
but despite the horrible bug and runny noses i constantly have to wipe, the whining and sibling rivalry,
all is bright.
between all that, there are many more blessings that need to be recognized-
the giggles and laughter, the hugs and kisses, the funny things said and done, our overall health, being loved, and giving love.
we are together as a family,
building memories,
learning,
and growing,
as we go.
all is calm,
all is bright.
