Third Person Thursday

Before she knew it, it was time to wake up already. She was roused three times from her slumber last night by the call of mother nature. She has decided that she is sick and tired of running back and forth to the bathroom, whether it be day or night. The little baby boy growing inside of her isn't helping the situation either by constantly pressing on her bladder.
The ridiculous high temperature outside has been keeping her and her toddler from going outside these past few days. She finds herself hiding in her humble abode during the day, blinds completely shut, AC blasting; until the heat lets up a bit in the evening and then they can make their way out for some fresh air and sanity.
Her son however doesn't seem to mind being indoors..playing all day, which consists of scattering all his toys and books everywhere, putting everything in his mouth, babbling and reciting his new favorite word "apple" at the top of his lungs, pretending he's going to bite his mommy on her leg and then sprinting away so she can try to catch him, and of course handing the remote control to his mommy so that she can turn on the TV for him. He is quite the character these days...the other day he handed our guest his shoes, stepped back and waved bye-bye to him..implying that he should leave already. That was a very funny moment.
She is going to try to put up her feet and relax a bit today as the heat is not helping with her swollen "cankles". It's that time of the pregnancy where everything is getting bigger in size, including the ankles. She can not wait until she can have her body back...or will she ever have her body back? Didn't she lose it with her first pregnancy?
